Main Projects:
- Grosvenor Place, London, Great Britain - Proposal of a new development in a very significant place by the London’s Hyde Park Hyde Park Corner. The designed building consisted of offices and residences at the top storeys overlooking the Royal Park.
- Guangzhou East Tower, Guangzhou, China – Contest solution for 475m tower, which comprisess of 105-storey office building with a restaurant and an exhibition space. Tower podium encompassing 30 thousand m2, conceptually designed as a commercial space in the building’s basement and an office space above, is an additional element of the designed establishment. The East Tower is a supplement to the project, which includes a construction of the Twin Towers in Guagzhou. The East Tower is presently under construction and was also designed by Wilkinson Eyre Architects.
- Jumeirah Gardens, Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Proposal of three buildings for the „new city” in Dubai, called Jumeirah Gardens. The conception includes around 90 thousand m2 of office space and 5.5 thousand m2 of commercial space in the basement. The buildings make up one complex and comprise of two towers: 32 storeys and 20 storey towers, which are placed on 8-storey podium and enclose the establishment from the east and the west.
- Rotating Tower, Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Feasibility study for an ambitious conception of a rotating 55-storey tower in Dubai. The building included 200 office storeys, 30 residential storeys and the top storeys designed for restaurants and public places of various designations. The building was supposed to rotate 360 degrees within 24 hours assuring a view of the entire Dubai.
